This house, constructed by the firm archiNOW, involves a complete renovation of an existing building converted into a private residence. It has its own personality and the singularity that distinguishes it add a new dimension in the geometry!
It is located in Rimini in Italy and it is built in 500 sqm. The horizontal and the vertical lines that wrap the building to create the balconies, reminds a labyrinth that ends to the suspended stairs.
The minimal lines in the exterior as long as in the interior places makes the house look more impressive and commanding while the stoned wall that demarcates its acreage gives a classical splash to the total.
The house is not friendly only to the observer but also to the environment as if a small photovoltaic system is installed on the roof of the building so that to underwrite the energy required for the equipment of the house.
